Wasatch County highpoint marker

This cairn is placed at the highest spot in Wasatch County. It happens to be on the side of Murdock Mtn and is based on how the county lines were drawn on the map. Most county highpoints are peaks but this is one of two in Utah that aren't on the top of a mountain but are sadly on the side of one. The other "liner" as you can call them, is found for Kane county in southern Utah. Mt. Cardwell is the highest peak in Wasatch county but the highest spot is on the flank of Murdock Mtn. Confusing? Yes.
