Buckeye Flats, Sequoia National Park - California The September day was hot and dry. Lots of people were taking advantage of the natural slide and the cold water. I did it a couple times and finally convinced Lynda to try it. To this day, she has never forgiven me for talking her into taking this plunge. I'm sure glad I captured the moment! Side note: While we were spending the day by the slide, some local yocal teenagers decided to steal Lynda's backpack from our campsite. 1973 |  Image Data
