Re: Great Shot!thanks for the comment. To tell you the truth, i'm not sure. It's on the av gulch (main route), and it looks like the main slope (i.e. before misery hill). I'm going to guess it's right after going through the red rocks. Good luck on your upcoming climb - you should have no problems. Happy climbing!

Re: Great Shot!Thanks! Based on current snow conditions, Av Gulch will be completely off limits for us. Lots of new unstable snow. :-(
Keeping my fingers crossed that the weather will be nice enough that we can summit via Casaval Ridge.

Re: Great Shot!This is probably looking south at the base of Misery Hill. That looks like Thumb rock in the background, Konwonkiton glacier just below it to the left and Red Banks below it on the right.
