| Short, simple, and almost ridiculously easy. This would be a good first-time snowshoe hike for a person. In fact, this is very near to where I snowshoed for the first time, many years ago. | |

| We wanted something short and easy and this fit the bill. Even easier than suspected. Thankfully the precip was more rain than snow. I'm rather curious about the origin of the name. | |

| This is a good first snowshoe for anyone wanting to try winter peakbagging. The views are good and the danger here is much less than other mountains in the surrounding area. | |
