Wilderness from Pass Lake

While camping with the kids at Moosehorn Lake along the Mirror Lake Highway I managed to steal away for 35 minutes (c'mon... someone had to attend to the raging camp fire!) to watch the sunset at Pass Lake. This is one of two images from that speed session. The shot is clearly not from the official wilderness area but the mountains in the distance are in the High Uintas. Sunday August 8, 2010.
