| The Crest Highway was closed about 3 miles west of Cloudburst Summit. So we took the PCT east to the point where it crosses the highway again and from there we climbed the west ridge directly among beautiful boulders and under gorgeous pine trees to the summit area. Descended directly south to Cloudburst Summit and hiked on the PCT and highway back to the car. Overall 8 miles roundtrip with 1500 feet of elevation gain. Great day in that area. | |

| Hiked and bouldered on this peak numerous times, and snowshoed with Melba^^ I can now add skiing to the various activities I've done on this peak. Very nice spring conditions on 3/26/11. | |

| My first time on this high point on Winston Ridge. There was some snow cover at the summit. It's such a short hike to the summit from Cloudburst Summit that you need to combine this peak with some others nearby, for example, Winston Ridge and Mt. Akawie. | |
