Yellow Mountain Heather (Phyllodoce glanduliflora)

Yellow mountain heather is less common than pink mountain heather, but grows in similar habitats. Sometimes the two species grow together. Its range extends from Alaska south to Oregon and east to the Canadian Rockies south to Idaho and Wyoming. Photo from Logan Pass, Glacier National Park, Montana. July 1997
