Great little starter trail. Hiked in conjunction with Duck Lake and West Thumb. Crowds only at West Thumb.
Did this on my way home. Only met two other people on the trail so if you want to avoid crowds in Yellowstone try this one.
Great start to a tourist day in Yellowstone. Cold, clear, perfect morning. Easy 2 mile round trip started the day out right.
