Hey Mark, it really is a fantastic place! One of the nicest I have seen really. As you go along the Trans-Canada Highway, the area around the Alberta/BC border is amazing. On the Alberta side, you have the Lake Louise area in Banff (also one of the nicest areas I've seen) and on the BC side you have Lake O'Hara in Yoho National Park. Parks Canada puts quotas on the number of people who can visit the Lake O'Hara area to protect it from becoming completely overrun. If I get around to making a mountain page for this, I'll write all about it! Take care...
