Re: Dang!!!!

There you go thinking about food again ~laughing~

Is that anything like Springdale's Bumbleberry Pie?

Re: Dang!!!!

~laughing~ I did not realize you lived in Utah. Your reports are from all over the place! You are one active lady!

Re: Dang!!!!

I learned something new! I never knew that! I do know the Mormon ladies love to cook and the men love that about them. They have so many get-to-gethers and dinners.

Re: Dang!!!!

I will have to try that. Sounds different, but for Valentines Day I want CHOCOLATE, wine, romantic dinner, candles and stuff -- not jello. ~laughing~

Re: Dang!!!!

hmmm, my wife doesn't like to cook. I must have married the one that hates jello and loves Sizzler and Outback steaks. I'll keep her though, she lets me run around in the mountains.

Re: Dang!!!!

That is the most important thing in a wife! You have to be free to roam the hills! I hate to cook too!

Re: Dang!!!!

Ok now Tanya! Keeping up with moi? You are the one that always wants to see what's around the next corner :) I vaguely remember nightfall closing in above Lava Falls, and I said that we should turn around. You said that you'd wait while I ran down to get some photos. On my way back up....who was hiking barefoot on her way down?! Or Lady Mountain? Who wouldn't take no for an answer? Or Buckskin? Seems to me that I'm the one that is trying to keep up! :-) But I'd say that we keep each other going pretty well! Teamwork!

Re: Dang!!!!

Please just keep "not helping yourself" all the time. I have had more fun and seen more in the last 4 years than anytime in my life (despite worrying a time or two). Its amazing that we have not had an epic yet, but a near epic at White Pocket, with my Parnelli Jones attempt to cross a lake in your Rover!

Re: Dang!!!!

It's bound to happen when you go out every weekend regardless of weather. We are getting smarter though not heading out this Sunday due the snow, but not because the hiking part... just because the driving in the snow part! I have enjoyed it too and loved all the places we have gone!

Re: A stunner

~blush~ Thank You! I am learning more about taking photos in slot canyons. Its hard! The bottom is so dark and often the top is so bright. Bo and I are going to redo all the Zion Canyons this summer. I am hoping to get much better shots know I know more of how to do it!

Nicely done!

BTW the State Cooking Utensil is the Dutch Oven. Not sure if it does any good for Jell-o except for rhyming (Dee-Oh).

Re: Nicely done!

Thanks! :)

The men do love their Dutch Ovens! --- those dutch oven potatoes are wonderful. They put bacon in them and not sure what else besides of course potatoes. I bet you are a great outdoor cook. So when are we all invited to try some of that outdoor cooking of yours. ;)

Re: fabulous....

Thanks!

I know what you mean! You seem to be in Zion a lot from someone who lives far away. :) Looking forward to more photos from you!

As has been said...

before, really well made page. This is definately not my niche in the sport and I cannot see myself getting into this, but your pics are truly great and inspiring. Keep 'em coming!

Dan
