Naw!!!! He just wanted food!! But we didn't feed him.....I had a squirrel actually dig into my closed pack at Plateau Point at the GC; he actually ruined the pack!

Yeah...I think it's illegal? or at least dissuaded to feed the wildlife in National Parks? You mention a pack ruined. Since I work in an outdoor store, people often bring me their stories and problems with their equipment. The worst I've seen yet? A pack ravaged by California Condors in the Grand Canyon! It was TOTALLED!

...I almost knew this was Angel's Landing. Hard to forget the agressive chipmunks up there!
