A photo I took last summer of the Balaton lake and the Badacsony from one of the kilátós - viewpoints with wooden towers - in the area...
Just yesterday I posted another music-and-slideshow video on YouTube, with my own live recording of "Marosszeker Tänze" by Zoltan Kodály (1882-1967) and pictures that I took last summer in Keszthely, Sümeg, Sopron, on Badacsony and in the area west of the Balaton lake.
You're in a great shape on piano! And you prepared a wonderful compilation of photo scenes. I like the presentation very much! That's a great way how to accompany music with travel shots - and vice versa.
Thanks so much Vid for your kindness! :-) I still have a couple more of these projects "in petto"! Wait and see...
So glad you enjoyed watching and listening to this one!
Cheers,
Eric
It is the best way of advertising my home country. Thank you and I'm glad you like Hungary. Nature+people+culture these all showing in a perfect composition. Köszönöm szépen!
Szívesen, István! And also nagyon köszönöm!! :-)
I enjoyed my stay in Hungary a lot; I had a very warm and thankful audience when I played my piano recital in the Festitics palace in Keszthely, and afterwards my girl-friend and I spent three more days exploring the area. I find that part of Hungary really beautiful! Very sort of Mediterranean - it was also very hot on those days in mid-August...
Cheers,
Eric
... photo and video! I like so much the colour of the lake and the shadow of the clouds on the water! And wonderful piano playing and a compilation of pictures which let you start dreaming or putting you in a sort of pleasant trance together with the music! :-)
"How do you solve a problem like Maria?
How do you catch a cloud and pin it down?
How do you find a word that means Maria?
A flibbertijibbet! A will-o'-the wisp! A clown!"
Hihi, Larry, it is so funny!
But do you know the YouTube clip with Victor Borge and Dean Martin? They are singing "Maria, Maria" in a very special way, and then also "Doe, a deer, a female deer" :D
I'm sure you'll like it!
