Carmbola
Shaylee, Kessler, Kimberly and I climbed Cerro Carambola (a.k.a. Carambola Mountain) as our last summit of 2008 and by far the easiest of the summits we climbed on this trip to Central America.
Cerro Carambola is a small but interesting peak. We completed the loop hike and much of our climb was in the pouring rain, but the trail was not overly slick and the rain isnĀ“t cold at this elevation and latitude. If anything the rain felt pretty good.

Carambola
It isn't a long hike, but very fun all the same.

Fun
It was an easy summit, but we all had a lot of fun along the way.

Cerro Carambola
Nice little jungle get-away. It was a trip using vines for handlines while crossing a couple of washed out spots on the trail.
