37 peaks in 19 days
There was bad weather for weeks in WA so Heather and I drove through OR, CA, NV, UT, and ID. We climbed 37 peaks in 19 days. We hiked Jackson HP and Granite Peak on our 6th day. Jackson Mountain Range HP was probably the most boring hike of the entire trip and this online summit log could be a further indicator of the lack of popularity. I spent zero time on the summit. Basically, if you do this peak you're probably working a list or chasing prominence. trip report

Northern Nevada is awesome
First time hiking with Dean, Bob and Dennis. Great day of hiking and overall an awesome weekend. The view of King Lear was inspiring, must get back here to summit that one. Spring has to be the best time to visit this area, newly bloomed aspens and cottonwoods line a canyon that dumps into the bleak black rock desert, a rare and beautiful contrast of color and scenery.
Managed 2 other P2K's this weekend.

A short hike but it was a good thing it was short as a thunderstorm let loose just after we got back to our vehicles.
The three other SP members were: Bob Dennis Caleb
