Re: This...K=potasium. The pink stuff as opposed to Sodium Feldspar more prevalent in the granitic batholiths to the north.

Re: This...Don't worry, Jon. I didn't know sodium is more prevalent further north. Livio teaches me a little petrology from time to time, but I'm not a very serious student as one can see.
