"Mount Many" view

A highpoint (complete with USGS marker!) behind Many Glacier Hotel (visible here on the shores of Swiftcurrent Lake) affords this spectacular view of the surrounding area. My friends and I affectionately refer to this spot as "Mount Many." Grinnell Point is at center. To the left, the blocky mass of Mount Gould rises above Grinnell Glacier Basin. In the right background is Swiftucurrent Mountain, with the impressive east face of Mount Wilbur dominating the scene farther right. At far right, a vertical strip of snow leads up to Iceberg Notch in the Ptarmigan Wall. July 26, 2013
