Re: awsome shotkp,
thanks - the photo looks awsome as does the route! If you ask me it should've made photo of the week...
what did you climb in the NW?
reason I'm asking is that my wife and I ran into 2 guys from NH or somewhere in New England during our approach to North Early Winter SPire in WA last Saturday. they were headed for South Early WS and mentioned that they're at the end of their weeklong PNW climbing trip.......it WASN't you, was it??

Re: awsome shotrpc,
Nope not me. Although last summer, I did some climbing in Washington Pass. Becky Route on Liberty Bell, and a ???North face of Concord Tower.
I was in the Boston Basin area. (when the peeps were
snuffed by rock-fall). Climbed Torment, west ridge Forbidden and then the North face of Buckner. Cant get enought of the Cascades!
Thanks for the kind words., If u are ever in NE email me, we can do some climbing together!

Relative heightCannon rises from 2600 feet to 3600 feet in about .2 miles
The North Basin Wall of Katahdin is higher and and a bit taller rising from 3350-4600 feet in .2 miles. That said the North Basin Wall is narrower.
