4 stars just to pull in the other direction of the first vote. Because of the high quality of the photo and because of the fact, that our beloved mountains are a lot more than summits and spectacular views.

To me, by any criteria, also a 4-star picture, unless the whole page consists only of pictures of houses, flowers etc. I'm also one of those, who don't go blind through the valley and start seeing what's around only when coming to the base of the mountain.

Thanks Vid for your appreciation and the general comment . Something of similar happened in the past to some informative velebit's pic. In effect the downvoter could check that Antonio's page doesn't consist only of houses, flowers, etc.

I can't remember if you had been previously at Cogne and had seen them, but I can assure that all the people walking along the Valnontey trail admire these nice buildings, just against the rock. As I said to Jorgen, it would be interesting to know the reasons of the off topic vote.
