A large bear heading down to...

A large bear heading down to Davis Creek early in the morning. Since I was high up on the ridge, I watched him for about 15 minutes before he disappeared into the brush down by the creek. At this point I was thankful I didn't take the creek route. 24 April 2004

Now...

..there is food for thought. I can visualize the meeting of the big bruin in the darkest section of the creek bottom. Yikes .
