I'm still not sure whether that's a cave from mining activities in the area or if it's natural. The only time I was close enough to possibly investiage, I was above it and unaware of its presence!

I would think man made activity would have resulted in a fan of talus, possibly lead leached (orange) debris, typical of talus piles from mining. I don't see that here below this obviously sizeable opening. Looks natural to me!

Cool, that's what I was leaning toward. Seeing the green grass or whatever at the mouth, the area certainly didn't look very disturbed by man.
