A Uintas Trail Sign
I guess you could call this a typical trail sign in the High Uintas Wilderness. This one, that looks quite new, happens to be at the intersection of the Smiths Fork Pass Trail, Highline Trail and the trail that comes north up the Yellowstone Drainage. Signage is spotty throughout the range and seems to be either pretty good, like this one, or pretty much non-existent. Sep 2003. Fuji Velvia.
