Words

Trying to organize our old photos. All I recall from our climb of this thing was the cold...and I mean COLD penetrating wind all day (this was June 19th-ish, 2005). I still remember the headaches! Unlike Whitney (the year prior), when we hiked our sea-level habituated bodies up to Iceberg Lake in one push, this time we broke up the approach with stops at Upper Boyscout and Iceberg Lakes (much better!).

Great Shots!

At least you had sunshine! We froze like hell on Fishhook as well last year. Beautiful warm weather for 2 days, then BLAM....wind and cold. What's up with that?!

thanks Deb - it's been a long time but I still recall that piercing cold wind up there (we also had great weather for the 2 day approach to iceberg lks :)
