sempervivum montanumI might be wrong but I think it's a
"Sempervivum montanum L." Crassulaceae family. Try on google images and see if it matches.
Where did you spotted it?

Re: sempervivum montanumThanks for the hint Barbara. I looked to the pages and I came on the plant that looks the most like it. It is Sempervivum Alpinum. The montanum grows from 1600 M and the alpinum from 1200 m. I didn't think it was so high were I took the picture. I spotted it somewhere in the Alps.
