Amazing geology of Alpstein

We just crossed the saddle of Hoechnideri. On the other side an amazing view on Alpstein ridges opens. Like a big worm the limestone layers are covering one of the ridges north-east of Saentis. I've never seen something like this before. August 7th, 2014.
