Frozen Amethyst!

WOW! What an early season shot! I would have given anything to see this in person. Thanks for sharing your photos!

Later that day, we went to the lake for some ice floe hopping, but it didn't look nearly as interesting on the photos :) Interestingly, there was fresh thin ice from the night before too, filling the gaps between the floes :O
