I think this Ibex is too old to be a baby, it looks more like the Ibex version of a young teenager!

"Kid", although nowadays the standard (colloquial) word for children, especially in the U.S., actually is the correct (formal) name for the young of goats and related animals, so an Ibex kid it is!
