Re: Impressive!I think that rope would make it even more dangerous for the partner. We did not want to progress slowly and create anchors. It is actually not so bad!

Re: Right on.......Thank you again... this edge is so famous among people who hike Colorado fourteeners. I liked it very much and was surprised how easy it was to move along... I heard so many stories from other climbers, and had this scary imagination, but it was just fun...

Re: Vow!Thanks, it is the best fourteener in Colorado (fourteneer = 14,000 foot mountain). They got over 54 peaks in Colorado, and I am still missing 5 to climb.

Ah, no thanks...John Kirk tells it like it is and for me, that is enough. Still, it makes a great picture even if it makes me a bit uneasy for that person.
