Non-shaggy dog storiesI remember someone living in a city a bit east of Poland talking about the city and its dogs – after the break-up of the Soviet Union, they said, the city was full of barking dogs, just kicked out of home; a few years later there was peace and quiet – the animals had been cooked.

YepThat is definately a cute dog! I would have felt sorry for him too. Orizaba down in Mexico also has its' residents dogs. Kinda weird.
