Arrow-Leaved Balsamroot

Arrow-Leaved Balsamroot

Arrow-Leaved Balsamroot (Balsamorhiza sagittata) sunflowers are very showy and put on a spectacular display in early spring on warm, dry hillsides throughout the hot, arid climates of B.C., especially in the Okanagan and the South Chilcotin Mountains.

I wish...

we had them around here. I have only seen them in Utah. We have big sunrays though which are awesome wild sunflowers too.
Great photo!
