Not positive,

but this looks a lot like Anniversary Narrows.

kinda sorta close...

but this is from farther east along the northshore road - in between the echo bay road and rogers springs is a little pull out parking area at a bend, and this shot is from the east fork of a fun canyon heading up into the eastern muddys. the anniversary narrows of lovell wash are more tilted, smoother slab than chunky conglomerate.
