Chuquiragua jussieui

That plant takes around 50 years to get to the size I saw. Around 1,5 m of height. And people regardless rip them off for several purposes...shame. At Rucu Pichincha, around 4.400 m high, half the way to the summit. Ecuadorian andes, jan 2nd 2011.
