Beautiful day on Bald Mt. Just 3 miles round trip from Rd 3140 and tons of untrammeled views and wildflowers on the summit. Nice early season prep hike when bigger mountains are still covered in snow.

Bald Mountain
Turned out to be a longer day than I had planned thanks to the washout on FR3140. Oh well, I had nothing better to do. I took the Bald Lake shortcut on the way out to cut some distance.
