Love the Laurel Highlands.
I grew up in Somerset Pa and one of my first overnight hikes as a kid was on the Laurel highlands trail with the end point being Beam Rocks! Went there several times growing up. Great rock climbing/scampering memories :-)
One of my regular haunting grounds for fun bouldering/scrambling/mountain biking. I love the Laurel Highlands!
Easy short hike from Laurel Summit Road parking lot. Lots of cracks and crevices to explore. Enjoyed hiking around to the bottom of the formation.
