From Putnam Basin via Little Molas and traversed to V7. Then descended Hardrock trail. Ridge to V7 gets interesting but surprisingly mostly class 2. Hardrock trail had a little snow but no need for gear.

Bear Mountain
Left my car at 6:35. I wore running shoes to cross Mineral Creek. It was no more than knee deep. Left my shoes under a tree for when I come back and put on the boots. Began to rain slowly around 45 minutes before reaching the summit which I did at 10:40. When I made it back to Route 550, I saw a lot of people standing where I had parked. They were looking at a moose in Mineral Creek. I had not noted the moose while crossing the creek.
