The start of the second pitch on the original Becky Route. Higher up, I tried not to notice that the second rope Mike brought up was dangling 5 feet clear of the face. The pitch is so steep you can't see the belay ledge from above. Just above me the wall leans over 90 degrees for the next 40-50 feet. Elephants Perch - Sawtooth Mountains, Idaho
