Bee on an Aravis flower

I'm not a flower specialist, so if anybody knows this species, feel free to tell me !

that is not even a bee. It is a fly that mimics the look of a bee for protection. It is a member of the Order Diptera. This "fly" has only two wings and true bees have 4 wings (two on each side) and are members of the Order Hymenoptera. For more information visit,
