Dayhike  Sucess!

Dayhike starting at the veterans trail. I believe the peak is just barely into PP but you likely won't have an issue up there. If you approach from the north like I did, the trail is less overgrown and there is no negative signage. If you approach from the south the way I descended, you will encounter many more ticks and there is negative signage as you leave Annadel SP. No views, peak area is offtrail and overgrown.

Park hike  Sucess!

Some of the neighborhood access points are signed as off limits to the public. The top appears to be private but the signage was poor and the fence had lots of holes in it.

From Lawndale TH  Sucess!

9.5 mile RT AM hike from Lawndale Parking lot. Super easy until final steep sections. 2 competing bumps vying for highpoint, one has a cairn and the other has the benchmark. My GPS registered the exact same elevation on both. They are only 2 minutes apart so might as well tag both. Afterword drove the 10 minutes over to Sugarloaf Ridge State Park and hiked up Bald and Red Mountains to complete a fun day. TR is HERE.

Nice walk  Sucess!

Actually a pretty walk but beware of mtn bikes, they're on most trails. No views at the summit and yes pass over the broken down fence, up the old fire fire road and summit is the first bump. This page could use much more detail.
