Bermuda Buttercup (Oxalis pes-caprae)

Bermuda Buttercup, also known as African wood-sorrel, Bermuda sorrel, Buttercup oxalis, Cape sorrel, English weed, Goat's-foot, and Sourgrass, belongs to the Oxalis family and is non-native to Southern California. Indigenous to South Africa, the Bermuda Buttercup is a highly invasive species and noxious weed in many other parts of the world. Temescal Gateway Park, Santa Monica Mountains, December 2010
