I have climbed it many times, I haven't got any pics from the top yet though, but im in the area all the time so im going to do my best to get up to the summit again and get some trail and view pics
Me and my chum Chris Bussell of Greenville climbed Big Moose Mountain today (Patriot's Day). There is still snow at the top, and some ice. But the weather was great and we think the ice went out on Moosehead Lake while we were hiking. Beautiful place!

Pretty cool pageThe ice just went out in Moosehead May 13. Have a good one on this more than 2000 foot prominence peak.

Did you climb this?Seems like all the photos are of the mountain. So what about the "incomparable views". What is the elevation gain of the hike?
