So cool!

I love how the Gothic style rock on the building seems to blend with the towering monolith that it is framing. Great shot!

Re: So cool!

Thanks - I suppose it is evident why building and mountain blend so well - they building stones where found right there ;-)

Re: So cool!

It’s cool mainly because of the Geometry. Both structures are made from the same stone, but one is man-made and the other is nature-made. The picture makes for a very interesting juxtaposition.

Very well captured!

Bravo, Gangolf! I know this place, so I welcome this picture very much because it's taken so well. We were too much in hurry when passing by, to make such a perfect composition.

Re: Very well captured!

Yes, yes, in too much hurry, probably jumping, hehe. I almost missed the opportunity myself. I had already passed when it occurred to me that I had seen the mountain through the window. I returned and had a try. As you probably see, I even forgot to tune the pol-filter.

Re: Very well captured!

Well, regarding hurry and jumping - this is the slope, where I fell descending and catching-up with others, who proceeded, not ascending Bela peè (perhaps you read it in the summit log).
