General description
Bivak pod Grintovcem (or Zavetišče Pavleta Kemperla) is a brand new three-storey shelter southwest of Grintovec, in the Veliki Podi valley. The bivouac can accomodate up to six persons conveniently.It stands next to the marked path from Cojzova Koča to Milnarsko Sedlo and Skuta.
The ground floor is the "living room" - two benches and a table. The upper floors are two "bedrooms" with a big mattress in each enough for three persons.
Water is hard to find in the vicinity of the hut. Eventually it is possible to find some where the path approaches the rock face at about 10 minutes of walk downhill. The other option is melting snow.
