Small correction

Nice pic! But it's spelled Bonney, I think--for Orrin H. Bonney.

You are 100% correct. My brain is still low on oxygen a week after our trip. We have a new saying now - "it's not as hard as Bonney".

yes it is spelled Bonney. Named after my grandfather, Orrin H. Bonney!

Wow, I've always thought his "Guide to the Wyoming Mountains and Wilderness Areas" was kind of like a precursor of SP, branching out into all the ranges, no matter how obscure and forgotten--he loved them all! There was a move to give the name "Bonney Peak" to the peak just east of Bonney Pass--did that ever take, or has it remained the umpteenth Dinwoody Peak in that area?
