Thanks, there was a big sea this day. The waves were breaking halfway up the cliff where we had originally intended to climb. We ended up choosing this slab because it has a small rock island in front of it, which protects it from the worst the sea can muster. Still got wet though!

Yup, nothing quite like climbing with a big sea below you. Certainly provides an intensive to climbing faster!

Thanks very much! Yea, the rock can get really wet, particularly if there's a high tide and big swell; much like on this day actually - the dark rock at the bottom of the crag indicates the height of some of the waves!

Normally we prefer to climb when the weather's a bit nicer though.
