Makes me want to climb it

That's what a good mountain photo does. Thanks for posting. Now I just need to get out there and get my lazy brothers living there to get their butts out there, too.

Re: Makes me want to climb it

Thank you Bob. You would enjoy Red Rocks I'm sure. March, April, May, October and November are the best months to visit. Cheers!

Re: congrats on PoD :)

Thank you. The route appears sheer from a distance, but it is not as intimidating as it seems. You could do the whole thing with a camera dangling around your neck ;)
Just finished reading your Dark Canyon trip report. What a great place and I never even heard of it. Of course your great photos made me read it ;)
Greetings, AJ.

Re: congrats on PoD :)

It's so often that way, isn't it? intimidating from a distance and then no big deal, and great fun, once you just start! And it's nice when you don't have to put the camera away in the pack, unless of course it's for a ski descent ;)
I'm glad you liked my Dark Canyon stuff, I was hoping you'd notice it! (in case you know the names of the flowers, since botany is something I haven't tackled yet, but also because you set a high standard for desert photography here that I'm trying to inch towards) Cheers!
