Brocken train at a place close to the summit. I recommend to hike the mountain ignoring the train. There is a lot of nice hiking tours to do in Harz forests and mountains. If you go to Brocken, don't forget a visit to Hannenklee cemetery : there is an Angel here. Picture taken 11/13/2004 on the normal route to summit.
