Like everyone else who's signed this log I went up this mountain a long time ago (when the surrounding area was "dry" on Sundays!) with my mate Ged. We still climb together in N Wales as well as the Alps and Nepal.
This was my first ever mountain, at age 2, or so I'm told. It's a grand hill, with plenty of good climbing. Cyfrwy Arete is a very worthwhile easy rock route

By far my most favourite Mountain,it can be an easy jaunt up in summer or a struggle and a fight in heavy rain and snow,it stands very proud and large in Mid Wales and is never over crowded.
