Insane Foggy Summit
Amazing foggy ascent from the west. Way better then I imagined. Hit Burbank Peak as well.

With Burbank and Lee
Most people didn't stop here on the way from Burbank to Lee, so it was quiet enough to contemplate the views. Very nice over the Verdugos and east Valley.

ON the way to Hollywood sign
Overcast and cool. Nice walk and nice views all around. Small note for the route: You cannot park up on Wonder View Drive. Use the street parking on Lake Hollywood Drive. Only adds maybe 2/5 mile overall.

On the way to the Hollywood Sign
Hammered up this on the way to the Hollywood Sign/Mt Lee after doing Mt. Hollywood.
From Fern Dell Drive to the observatory continuing on to Mount Hollywood. Then followed the ridge to Mount Lee and the summit of Cahuenga. Continued west to the Tree of Life aka Tree of Wisdom. Views from here are impressive. Pleasant hike with my favorite companion.

with Lee and Hollywood
Hiked with Caren, Andrea, and my youngest niece, Hanna. From the observatory after climbing up a steep use trail and hopping the fence from the Fern Dale parking lot. Found the correct route on the return.

Intro to LA
Down in LA for other events but took a couple of hours for a hike with friends. Did the hike up from Lake Hollywood via Burbank Pk (and lee)

From Lake Hollywood with Burbank and Lee
Usual mid-week workout: hit Burbank first, then up the ridge to Cahuenga. Traversed over and tagged Lee, was on the way to Hollywood when an impromptu rescue of lost hiker forced me abandon the latter.

Chase the Ridge
I start from just above the reservoir and typically do the whole ridge hitting each high point until Dante's View and then jog back along the main trail. Takes just over two hours.
