Fun day in Quito
Great day climbing everything topropeable here. The trail leading up to the crag was in great shape, we felt super safe and were able to find some decent bolts to set anchors on. Fun and highly recommended for anyone looking for a day of climbing close to the city.

Climbed with Daniella (EC). We spent the whole morning scrambling up and down this route. We really enjoyed it.

Climbed Route 3 (5.10 c), Route 7 (5.10) and Route 8 (5.10c) from the lower Slab.
Nice hanging out with my friends Chiki, Christian and Rossy.

Couple more routes.
Climbed a couple routes today. Both from the lower slab. Route 7 and 8, rated 5.10 and 5.10c. Good for warming up in this cold morning.
I'm going to watch the game now.. Barcelona - Manchester United.

Nice afternoon Rock climbs!
Climbed the following lower slabs routes:
Route 5 (5.1 c), Route 7 (5.7) and route 8 (5.10a). It was fun!

Route # 11. (5.10a). Upper slab. April landslides.
I haven't climbed here in 5 months. The trail hasn't been maintained at all. We almost bushwhacked to get to the old road to Cumbaya. Although the hardest thing was keeping ourselves on a narrow half-foot foothpath, which it's very exposed. It was hard to cross these cliffs specially carrying my bike.
Climbed with my friend Chiki (ECU). We spent almost an hour at the cracks. Great morning weather. We had to leave earlier since this area is getting unsafe. We had fun anyway!
We got back to Quito not by the same way we came from cause it was too risky (cliffs and robberies). We hitch hiked at the tunnel entrance.

Climbed with my friend Sofia (EC) and Nancy (EC). Very enjoyable climbs. We climbed with headlamps for a few minutes after sunset.

Climbed with Sofia (ECU). We missed the road to Las Canteras after exiting the tunnels. We had to retrace the road back to the tunnels and then go back to the crags again.
Nice climb!, we started pretty late but climbed till it got dark. Awesome views from up there of the whole Andean eastern range and the city lights at dusk.

Climbed belayed by Cristian - Largo (ECU). Easy rock climbing wall with a nice view of Quito, the eastern cordillera and Guapulo. Love this place!
