From Painted Gorge
From the gate in Painted Gorge. Lots of side roads which can confuse you if you don't have a map or a few waypoints to follow. Very peaceful summit and a pretty easy 9-mile hike!

Fun outingThe day was overcast, but the hike went well. Enjoyable dayhike. On clearer days, the views from the top are outstanding.
