Did the out-and-back from Booten's Gap parking area. Although there was some snow on the route, Hazeltop was quite easy, and I practically jogged up and down. The Laurel Gap trail and the climb up Cat Knob proved to be more challenging and enjoyable. It was a beautiful day for it, and I didn't see anyone else on the trip.

Done it several timesCat Knob is really just one of several summits of Jones Mountain. It is nice to include on a Hoover Camp loop that starts at Bootens Gap.
